Terms of Use

These terms cover using playobserve.online and holding an Insider pass. They're written plainly on purpose. By reading the site or requesting access, you accept them; if a clause doesn't sit right, the honest move is not to subscribe.

Using the site

You may read, quote and link to our work with credit. You may not republish whole reports, resell access, or feed our paid content into a product without written permission from the desk. Automated scraping of member material is off-limits. Free articles are yours to share; premium reports are for you, the pass-holder, personally.

Your account and access

An Insider pass is a personal, annual licence to read. Keep your login to yourself — sharing credentials across a team is what Insider+ team arrangements are for. Tell us at once if you think your access has been compromised, and we'll help lock it down.

Payment and renewal

Passes are priced in US dollars: Insider Annual at $149 per year and Insider+ at $249 per year. You request a plan through our form, we send a payment link or invoice, and access starts once payment clears. We'll remind you before an annual renewal so nothing charges you by surprise.

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise diligent, sourced reporting and clearly labelled estimates. We do not promise that any figure predicts the future or that any analysis will make you money. Our writing is journalism, not advice — see the disclaimer for the full statement.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the desk grows; the review date at the top will move and members hear about material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Barcelona. Questions go to [email protected].
