Refunds & Cancellations
Last reviewed 30 July 2026 · PlayObserve
Because an Insider pass unlocks premium reports and the full archive the moment it's active, refunds work on a short, clearly stated cooling-off basis. Here's exactly how it goes.
The cooling-off window
You have 14 days from the day your pass goes live to change your mind and ask for a full refund — provided you haven't downloaded the quarterly deep-report bundle or bulk-exported the archive in that time. That condition is there because those materials can't be handed back once they're on your machine. Read the weekly briefings and articles all you like in the window; that doesn't void your refund.
How to request one
Email [email protected] from the address on your pass with the word “refund” and your order date. A person replies within two working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days, in US dollars, for the amount you paid.
After the window
Once the 14 days pass, an annual pass is non-refundable for the remaining term, since you keep full access to everything published across the year. You can still cancel to stop the next renewal — see below.
Cancelling renewal
Tell us any time before your renewal date and we won't bill the next year. Your current pass simply runs to the end of its term, then access stops. No penalty, no retention maze.
If we get it wrong
If we double-charge you, bill the wrong plan, or a technical fault keeps you locked out of what you paid for, that's on us — write in and we'll refund or extend without quibbling. Fair reporting deserves fair billing, and we'd rather fix a mistake than argue about it.
